Scope of Services
Professional HR Consulting
Serve as a point of contact for all management personnel for any employee relation questions or concerns. We will partner with management to determine best practice compliant plans of action and advise on different scenarios accordingly.
Employee Performance Management
Assist management with performance management services including performance reviews, performance improvement plans, reward and recognition programs, succession planning, performance expectation communications, etc.
Web-based HR access
Unlimited access to web-based employee information and reporting. This includes the hosting of handbooks, forms, etc.
Employee Relation Services
We are available to provide employee relations services or partner with management to administer them. These services include disciplinary actions, terminations, employee development training, performance management, conflict resolutions, incident investigations, exit interviews, severance, etc.
We will provide E-Verify services to ensure your staff are legal to work in the United States.
Employment Practices and Forms
Review and develop current employment policies, practices, and forms.
Prepare Employee Handbook
Update and redistribute employee handbooks.
Maintain Personnel & Employee Records
Maintain employee files in strict accordance with the law. Respond to requests from the Social Security Administration to research duplicate social security numbers, should you elect to use Bene-Fit Solutions, LLC in this capacity. Otherwise, we will provide you with a filing system and the legal requirements for document storage and retention.
Provide professional assistance with the administration of background checks and drug testing of all new hires upon request of client. The cost will be added to the next occurring invoice.
Ensure Compliant Hiring Practices
By request, we can partner with management to ensure compliant and efficient hiring practices. This includes reviewing job descriptions, review job postings, creating/reviewing offer letters, review forms (applications, etc.), review interview processes, establish new-hire paperwork.
Job Posting Assistance
Write and place recruitment ads and forward resumes to you. Additionally, BFS refers to preferred recruiting firms depending on your business needs.
HR Law Compliance
Administration of Reasonable Accommodation Processes
Work with management to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Ensure all requests for reasonable accommodation and other process are followed and implemented. Serve as point-of-contact for all ADA requests or concerns.
Including notices to terminated employees and their dependents.
Conduct Training Seminars for Managers, Supervisors, and Employees
Bene-Fit Solutions LLC has training programs that are available to you on topics such as sexual harassment, leadership and supervisor training, employee relations, team-building, and many more. We have an online library that is available to you. We facilitate these trainings, document trainings, and maintain training records.
We will advise on changes that may be needed to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Administration of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Work with management to ensure compliant processes and oversee FMLA request and approval process. Utilize Time & Labor Management systems to tract employee leave time. Serve as point of contact for all FMLA-related questions and concerns.
Respond To All Unemployment Claims
We manage all of your unemployment claims in order to control tax rates to maximize savings to the business. We contest all claims terminated for cause, handle all appeals and attend all hearings.
Implement Drug-Free Workplace Policy
Write policies, provide drug testing, and create paperwork for employee signatures to implement your drug policy.
Labor Law Postings
We provide your company with State and Federal Labor Law postings, notify management of any changes made to mandated postings, and ensure Labor Law poster is located in easily visible employee area.
